Transportation/VMT Analyses
We have conducted countless transportation studies for both large and small developments in the Bay Area and beyond. As required by SB 743, transportation impacts are evaluated based on an analysis of vehicle miles traveled (VMT), consistency with adopted plans, hazards, and emergency access. Transportation studies also frequently include an analysis of other operational issues not considered significant under CEQA but nonetheless important.
We take pride in our ability to deliver high quality analyses that are on schedule, however large or complicated the project. Our Principals are deeply involved with each project so all of our clients can expect to benefit from our decades of experience.
We are listed as approved transportation consultants in many Bay Area cities due to our knowledge of local requirements and successful track record of producing accurate and thorough transportation analyses that address the key questions posed by staff, elected officials, and residents alike.
